Josh Kostelyk Headshot
Hello, welcome to my page.

I’m Josh Kostelyk, your dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator. I grew up in the Seattle area and currently live in West Seattle. I’m married to my beautiful wife Crystal and have two wonderful kids, Max & Carson. I’ve been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. I was licensed in the state of Washington in 2007 when mortgage licensing first began (Believe it or not before 2007 anyone could be a mortgage broker!). I’ve seen all the ups and downs and know all the ins and outs. In my spare time I enjoy spending time & traveling with my family, playing music, golfing, watching and going to games including Hawks, M’s, Sounders & Kraken, spending time with friends, finding delicious restaurants, bowling, working out, riding my scooter around town & listening to music.

When it comes to mortgages, I specialize in simplifying the home buying and refinancing process and securing optimal mortgage products for your unique needs. I’m an independent broker with direct connections to various lenders. What that means for you is, I am your direct point of contact throughout the process and deal directly with the wholesale lenders. I utilize the latest technology which allows me to redefine the experience, prioritizing accuracy and communication amidst the complexity of the mortgage landscape. I’m your advocate, here to ensure a seamless and stress-free journey. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are my guarantees. Let’s navigate this path together, crafting a tailored financial solution that will positively impact your life for years to come.
