of obtaining a mortgage
loan can be stressful,
arduous and downright
not fun. But it doesn't have
to be.
I work a little different. I
offer a personal touch that
is lost in today's busy world. I'm not a salesman, I'm a loan originator.
Most loan officers spend their time finding clients but the actual process
gets put in the hands of a processor or even several processors. When I
handle someone's mortgage loan I'm the loan officer, processor and the
secretary. I'm the one that cares and I handle every part of the processes
from the first introduction to the day the loan closes. Timing is
everything in this process and making sure everything gets done when it's
supposed to is key.
I want to know that my
client's loan is done right and I want to be involved in every step.
I'm a perfectionist. I work fast to make sure your home loan gets
closed on or before the closing date and is as painless as possible. I
want to put my ten plus years of knowledge to work for you and make sure
you're happy. I'm always available to answer any questions and will
guide you through the process, step by step, explaining all your different
